Since 2001 Student Achievement & Advocacy has focused on making a difference in the lives of young people through programs that provide unique opportunities for students to expand their horizons and fulfill their potential. Today, innate skills matter more than ever since Google made all knowledge almost instantly available. The ability to make good decisions and utilize information – often very quickly – will make the difference in building a successful life. We also believe that finding meaningful and engaging work is key to finding long-term contentment. Our goal is to help people, especially the younger generation, to live their best life possible and we believe that financial health is fundamental to accomplishing this.
Thousand of students participated in our past programs:
Adventures of the Mind – An achievement & leadership mentoring summit known as “TED for TEENS” because of our impressive faculty of mentors: tech entrepreneurs, Pulitzer-winning writers, astronauts and archaeologists, Nobel-winning scientists, and public servants who would spend several days on a college campus with our high school students. A unique opportunity for young people to meet their intellectual peers from across the world while being inspired by some of the world’s greatest achievers.
Prize for Promise – “Making a difference today for young women who will change tomorrow” A $100,000 prize awarded to a young woman 21-35 of great promise. An illustrious panel of achievers from all fields would nominate and select the winner.
